I really wanted them to see how much dynamite is needed for a dead whale! ;)
What did they think was going to happen when they blew up a dead whale? Lmao
The plan was to turn it into enough small fragments that the scavengers could eat it. All it did was scare the scavengers away and cover observers in pieces of dead whale.
