This seemed to be popular information when I posted it (ahem) “elsewhere”. Thought it might be welcome to have here.

Other grand juries, such as for the documents at Bedminster, have not been announced.
The E. Jean Carroll trial for sexual assault and defamation where Trump was found liable and ordered to pay $5 million before immediately defaming her again resulting in a demand for $10 million is not listed as it’s a civil case and not a crimimal one. That trial date is currently set for January 15th, the same day as the Iowa caucus.
I think this is the first time I realized he is now facing 91 felony charges. If he is convicted for even a fraction of them it means a life sentence at his age. I imagine he is pretty desperate at this point.
Excellent info graphic I saw earlier today: The average US president has been charged with 2 felonies.
Life sentence for people like Giuliani as well, who is 79. I expect more flips than a Waffle House when the juries start marching in.
if… he goes to jail, that is.
seems most likely he’ll be under house arrest. which is a joke.
He will lokely get epstein’d if that happens. He’s got too big of a mouth
This is like seeing a trailer for an awesome new movie that doesn’t come out for another 6 months. The anticipation is killing me!
91 felonies.
so… anybody know any law-historians that might actually have a real answer as to who holds the single most felony convictions? (and would it be too low-class to take bets on if trump takes the record?)
Serial killer Samuel Little confessed to 93 murders so he’s for sure on the leaderboard
Hmm. sounds like we need to drum up a few counts of witness tampering… got plenty of evidence, too.
Super Tuesday 😂😂😂😂
And the E. Jean Carroll civil lawsuit is the same day as the Iowa caucus. 1/15.
SUPER DUPER MONDAY!!!
I thought this was supposed to be January 2nd. Or is this for another trial? It’s so hard to keep track of them all…
1/2 is the first proposed date for the 1/6 trial in D.C.
Trump lawyers countrered that they wanted 3.5 years, which nobody is taking seriously.
Judge is due to announce the date on 8/28.
My favorite feature of this is the judge has threatened to speed the trial up the more Trump interferes. All judges should do this all the time from now on.
As someone who is not as familiar with the legal system as I probably should be: Does anyone have any guesses as to how long is this Georgia trial going to take? What if it is set 21 days before the New York trial but drags out longer? He can’t be in 2 places at once, are there laws that one of the courts is required to adjust dates or could a judge be a dick and refuse to do so? Also, what happens if he would get sentenced to prison for one crime before another trial? Would they just ship him out of prison for his trial? What if he is sentenced to prison in Georgia but has to go to trial in another state, where does he stay during the trial, in a state or federal prison? Also, is it truly possible that we could have a reality where the president of the United States is in a state prison in Georgia during his term?
Not that I believe for one moment that he will ever spend a night behind bars. I will believe it when it happens.
I think even people familiar with the legal system are going to have no clue because we’ve never tried a former President before and certainly not one as delay prone as this one.
Looking at other GA RICO cases though, Fani Willis did the Atlanta public schools cheating trial with 12 defendants, it was the longest trial in Georgia history and took 8 months. There were originally 35 defendants and all but 12 took plea deals. She called over 100 witnesses.

How about fuck no! Can we please not give this guy a platform to campaign on? Please, for the love of all that is left in this country just don’t give him an inch. I can see it now “The crooked Democrats are trying to use the political systems against me! Never has this happened in the history of our great country! The Biden crime family is trying to blah blah blah blah…!!!”
think he’ll be complaining regardless and screaming victimhood for the rest of his life. We need not walk on eggshells around a clearly brazen huckster because then he can manipulate the situation. No, thanks
Nothing prosecutors or anyone else could ever do to stop him from that type of talk. The reason we all recognize your phrasing as something he would say is because it is exactly like everything he ever says.
Let the trials go on. America is lost as a democracy if we don’t convict the first insurrection by a president we’ve ever had.
- justice system.
Trump was part of the political system. These people are part of the justice system.
Any date will be close enough to some other date for them to make a big deal out of it, and if it wasn’t they would still say the same stuff.
Stop concern trolling.
It doesn’t matter, the people have already chosen their side. This won’t flip anyone either way. Lets just hope everyone else is as incentivized to vote by the trials as his base will be. And hopefully most of his base is now fully aware of what happens if you answer his “subtle” calls to violent action.
You’re assuming he survives the primaries. He still hasn’t signed/accepted the forms that state “I will support who ever the GOP nominates.” So he’s not allowed at the GOP events, including debates
I don’t like it, but I’m pretty sure he is the GOP leader now, no matter what the rest of the “official” party would like to think. He doesn’t have to participate in their games at this point, he’s getting the majority of the republican vote no matter what.
He could not sign and they would still let him in, most likely, as he has the leverage. However, as a narcissist who is happy to lie, he’ll likely sign as he doesn’t care about anything but attention in the moment. If he thinks attention won’t focus on him, when it could, he’ll want to be there. So it’s a little bit of a game of chicken at the moment.
Pretty sure all the trial dates are subject to change, and this one hasn’t even been approved by a judge yet, it’s just the first step. Trump team will counter with “Never, how about never going to trial, does that work?” then a judge will set a real date which will also be subject to change.
