I’d say they took inspiration from President Musk and are just happy owners of their own Meatshield. They just bought the black model, not the child model.

Is she saying the blackness cancels out the bigotry? Like if you wanna be publicly abhorrent to a group of people, you need at least one oppressed minority checkmark on the books?

I think she’s saying that because he’s black he’s “untouchable” otherwise it’s discrimination. It’s the incorrect logic they use when arguing DEI. They think just because someone’s black it means they get a free pass to do whatever they want and if someone tries to stop them, they can pull the “race card”. (Note I don’t agree with this at all, I think this is just the way this person’s brain worked based on that quote)

Idiocracy runs on the assumption smart people would plan and prepare to save the stupid people down the line. Not rule them in cyberfeudalism. I wouldn’t call it prophetic personally.

Get Out is a spotlight on existing problems. That have existed for a long time, and will likely continue to exist.

Tolerance doesn’t exist for groups that are naturally intolerant, it’s hilarious that they expect to be treated differently than they’ve sued and abused the system to be allowed to do to others

It’s called the paradox of tolerance. This graphic explains it pretty well:

Tolerance is not a paradox, it’s a contract. Either you follow the contract by tolerating others or you break the contract and can’t complain when you are no longer covered by it.

Tolerance is not a moral trait, despite how the right tries to portray it as one. Tolerance is part of the social contract, if one side is intolerant, they’ve broken the social contract and abdicated any claim for the rules of society to apply to them.

I always saw it as like a ceasefire, They break it then we start shooting. Because to me “I tolerate you” doesn’t mean that I like you or have you in good regards. Go tell someone you love “I tolerate you” and I’m pretty sure you are gona have a lengthy conversation.

It’s interesting that instead of defending your position that Maga isn’t inherently transphobic, you’ve brought up an completely irrelevant and untrue position on the LGBTQ community as a whole. A position started by log cabinors, Terfs, Nazis, and “Detransitioners” to sow discord and give the rest of you Maga/Fascist chuckle fucks a starting point that doesn’t really exist. We know who threw the first brick at a cop you’re delusional if you think we’re going to forget.

You really think that despite the “destruction of transpeople” being a major campaign promise and position that Maga isn’t transphobic? The fact that you’re calling a group of people a “movement” makes me think you’re so ignorant that you actually believe that trans people are new. So despite consistent attacks from unhinged theological grifters passing laws designed to not only remove trans people’s rights but seek to erase and claim their existence is a felony. From multiple executive orders to target Trans federal workers, citizens, to creating a system of cruel and unusual punishment in prisons designed just for trans people. You have the audacity to sit here and lie?

Own your Nazi bullshit. That’s what makes me sick of you people. You do all of these things to deliberately destroy people’s lives and then you sit here and whine that you’re not transphobic, that you’re not homophobic, that you’re not racist. Next you’ll tell me that removing every historical reference of POC members of the military is fine because they were DEIA hires despite them coming before DEIA existed and that even with their merits and qualifications which got them those positions.

Go practice your sieg hail elsewhere.

Man, that’s insane, that they speak of discrimination. They’re so deep in this victim role that they still don’t know how to stand for their political views and eat the fucking consequences.

Chatterbox sounds like a nice place. If I’m ever in Indy, I’ll def. stop by for a beer, and conversation. Oooh, and I just looked they have Jazz music. I hope they continue for another 100 years!!

“Come for the jazz, conversation, drinks, Jamaican patties and oven-baked pizzas, as well as a historical trip into one of the rare holdouts in downtown Indianapolis … a bar that’s been welcoming regulars and visitors since 1896.”

Is Chatterbox a gay bar? I’ve been going there for a couple years and thought it was just a jazz bar with a pride flag in the window.

Regardless, still glad they threw out the fascist.

There’s a lot of music clubs and restaurants that are “gay bars” that lots of people don’t have any idea about unless you start reading schedules and the shit on the walls.

There’s lots of bands and shows just constantly which could be a hint but then you get into the food and I think but that time the bigots are just full blinder mode to justify it to themselves.
