Why the fuck are you updating software on a soundbar? You plug the audio cable into the TV or video device, and the audio goes to the speakers. Why are we making this more complicated than it needs to be?
Probably for wifi protocols and/or bluetooth but I’m with you on this one: anybody who bought a soundbar that updates had this coming to them.
Possible they weren’t aware of it. I doubt they included that on the box.
I would be really mad if i had to pay for the repair.
