This video is 8 years old. All weight is lost through breath (exhaling), sweat, and waste.
This video is 8 years old.
Was there a new study with new information?
Probably not, since there isn’t really any other way to lose it, but we already knew this. Are you promoting your own channel or something?
The video says, citing the study that fat leaves the body via CO2 and water. Going so far to provide actual percentages. You then added
All weight is lost through breath (exhaling), sweat, and waste.
I was wondering if some new information had come out to support your statement, otherwise it’s patently false.
For the record, I have nothing to do with the video or channel, but I do think it’s important not to spread disinformation.
Oh, okay. Well, I’m sorry, but is urine, which has water in it, not considered waste? https://health.clevelandclinic.org/where-does-body-fat-go-when-you-lose-weight
I’m pretty sure you absolutely don’t give a shit this community and would just like to be right, so 🏅
For everyone else who comes across this in the future, in the context of this community:
For someone with an active lifestyle, the majority of the water byproduct from fat metabolism would likely be expelled through sweating and respiration, not urination.
Good luck with your fitness and/or weight loss journeys.
I’m not trying to be right; I’m trying to help you be right. I’m fine with immediately acknowledging whenever I’m wrong, and I’m certainly not trying to get anyone to just pee more (to preemptively clarify, now that I think about it). It is good of you to spread awareness of how people must work it off and not only change their diets. Good luck as well.
