A sore loser as a player and an even sorer loser as a coach. They were thoroughly outplayed in the second half, specially the last 30 minutes. Maybe don’t bring on Romeu who fails to track his man on the second goal instead of whining about who deserved what?

A draw would have been the most fair result considering how the game actually played out but Madrid just had that one spark of brilliance to get the win. I can understand his point. On another day, maybe that was a Barca player scoring the winner.

We are so fucked when Modric retires the guy is literally irreplaceable. We keep stockpiling this young talent that’s absolutely phenomenal but we still need his old ass to get off the bench and make it all work.

He is the greatest player to ever lace it up for Madrid. I know what I said. He’s truly been the only one that’s actually irreplaceable.

His work rate on both sides of the ball, creativity, the way he conducts the midfield, we’ve had some extremely talented players and a top 2 forward in the history of the game yet we not winning fucking anything in recent memory without Modric.

I think the creativity part is what sets Modric way apart from the young talent Real has. I see a lot of convos around the transition and the young core possibly being better in the future than Modric and Kroos, but forget that Kroos and Modric were offensive players with great vision, which doesn’t come like that most of the time when you are 20+ years old already, at that stage you are a creative or you ain’t and imo none of the young guys have that factor besides maybe Arda Guler. They might be world class b2b in the future, but what makes someone one top 10 usually is the creativity aspect.

I’d say. Cama also did go onto the field this time and change things. He brought the creativity and movement that was lacking.

Barca were fine for 60 minutes. After Modric came in Madrid could progress the ball better. What made Barca lose tho was how wasteful they’re after getting into Madrid’s box.

I agree it’s Unfair to have a Modric on your bench, basically like the striker being allowed to handball!

I don’t know what game was he watching… A draw would have been the perfect result, it’s unlucky that they lost
