FWIW I had this chair for about 4 years and it caused me quite a bit of back pain. I got a proper ergonomic chair and saw a huge improvement.
The mesh seat was neat, though - nice in the summer, and farts go straight through it.
What ergonomic chair did you replace it with?
A high back model from Global, it’s older but very comfy. I got it second hand.
Just a note to anybody slightly taller than average, the headrest on this chair is not great.
I would recommend removing the headrest entirely, though there is a hack you can do to flip it upside down which does improve it slightly.Oh right I forgot about that, I’m not especially tall (5’10") and my shoulders kept hitting the headrest.
