Makes sense that we are up there and there are still very good prospects coming from below. Also makes sense to see many spanish clubs, they rely on their academies a lot

Atheltic Club is such an impressive team tbh, playing with only Basque players and never relegating from the first division alongside i think only Atleti, Barca and Real. Really stayed to their roots even tho the footballing world changed massively, hope they can keep it up

Athletic still top 3 on the full rankings (with the 60 leagues), while we don’t even enter the top 20 there. They are so impressive, I really wish that’s the model we would turn to, instead they are seemingly going all in in the worst that modern football has to offer. Still proud of our academy, that was the only thing still working at the club in recent years.

Sadly our presence in those rankings probably won’t last long, as it is clearly not Textor’s strategy with his multi club bullshit and player trading. Though it could be helped if for once we could just try to keep our most talented players for more than 2 seasons…

    The data is weird.

Club-trained players are those who spent at least three years between the ages of 15 and 21 years in their club of employment (seasons of their 15th and 21st birthdays included).

I only see one player for PSG when there should be two: Mbappé (he fits the criteria lol) and Warren Zaire Emery.
