The product, announced at Amazon Web Services' Reinvent conference, is Amazon's latest effort to challenge Microsoft and Google in productivity software.

All these half baked chat bots can fuck off. Anytime I need help with a service provider , I waste half of my time with these chat bots before I can reach an actual person.
