[Feature Request] Don’t Hide One’s Own Content with Hide “Show Read Posts” but hide others

seems to have gotten changed actually or I now can view profile posted content while keeping show read posts toggled off. I did submit a request PR and a nice coffee donation - but didn’t see it was addressed - but who cares. i’m happy
