I’m not counting Joyous Exaltation because it’s technically a fuckup on Xytan Jar Wattinree’s part because some huragok fucked with a NOVA bomb (basically a nuke that destroys entire planets). I don’t remember what planet Grey Team nuked but thousands of civvies (don’t care if they’re Covies) died needlessly.
