There’s plenty of room; we just need to stop building things in such an inefficient sprawling fashion.
Don’t be silly. Developers will just continue to concrete over the most fertile farmland (Redlands and Rochdale) and flatten all the pesky bush, which is ok because they’ll put up a sign saying “we care for displaced wildlife…please drive carefully while they wander the roads wondering where trees went”.
