Given what you seem to have been expecting, you should definitely check out Oceans Eleven, The Italian Job, and just about every Mission Impossible movie. Those are the height of elaborate heist movies. For a pretty underwhelming depiction of the biggest real world heist ever pulled until just recently, but an otherwise awesome glimpse into the life of the characters who pulled it, check out Good Fellas.
