Reading around online, I can see some people have linked Kavita and LL, but I can’t for the life of me find out how. Can someone share please?

Sorry i have no idea how to do that, but depending on what content you have in Kavita i could offer you Komf
It will also automatically fetch metadata and thumbails for your manga. But afaik it’s only for manga.
Other than that, maybe you could use Calibre as an intermediate? Calibre + LL to get all metadata etc. and then push that library into Kavita.
