The best course of action I can see is to refocus attention on protecting liberated worlds by implementing cole protocol from both sides -(especially Covies). I’d move the headquarters to some colony far outside of UNSC and Covenant control.
Propably be already dead, because just before that the UNSC massacred any socialist it could find.
