The employees at the center of the labor fight include custodians, ride operators, candymakers and merchandise clerks at the popular theme park and resort complex.

This doesn’t mean a strike will happen but it does mean that employees are willing to strike if negotiations don’t go well.

    I’m very proud of my friends and brethren who voted to authorize a strike.

    This is great news and as a former cast member and former member of this union I greatly support them and agree with them. Prior contract renewals hadn’t gone well for the cast members so it’s really nice to see the union leadership growing some balls here.
