Just support them for a few more decades no matter how many times they betray you, and they’ll totally do what you want.

Inflation outpaces incrementalism. It’s why Democrats are so enamored with it.

Sinema’s thumbs down defines the party until they do better.

I still vote for the shitty anti-worker party over the shittier more anti-worker party, but since I gripe, you have to pretend I’m not voting so you can lecture me for not being as delighted as you are that the party won’t fix shit.

Few more decades? You’re talking as if they’ve had control. They have not. I already told you they’ve been on an epic losing streak because the left never shows up. They’ve had control of all 3 for 6 years of the last 44 years. 6 measly years, out of the last 44 fucking years. That means they have to reach across the aisle for 38 years of the last 44 fucking years. Can’t handle this huh? So you have to pretend … whatever that stuff above was.

And you wonder why progress is slow?

Who said I’m pretending you don’t vote? I’m using the term you in broad sense.

A majority in exactly what and when? You’re being vague. Because I’ve already covered it. They’ve had all 3 of house of reps, Senate, and presidency for a measly 6 years out of the last 44 fucking years. They need all 3 to do much of anything. If the GOP has a single 1 they can easily, easily say no. Which is exactly what they’ve been able to do for 38 years under the last 44 fucking years.

Read that again 38 years out of the last 44 years the GOP can just say no. Actually that’s not right. It’s far more than that when you include the filibuster.

They had a majority when they worked with Republicans to kill the minimum wage increase.

They lost credibility on the issue then and there.

Or gained it by doing what centrists prefer, which is why you keep making excuses for them.

What 8 senators voted against was tacking it onto covid relief Bill. And/or the specific dollar amount which they could discuss later when, oh I don’t know, after the covid relief bill went through.

Moderate Democrats who rejected the increase signaled that they would be willing to negotiate once the stimulus package became law.

“Senators in both parties have shown support for raising the federal minimum wage, and the Senate should hold an open debate and amendment process on raising the minimum wage, separate from the Covid-focused reconciliation bill,” Ms. Sinema said in a statement.

But you have to try to equate this to everything under the sun.

What did the centrist prefer? Please be specific. You’re being vague. Just so you can get that jab out of “making excuses”, when I’m describing the reality and details of how things work.

Look at how that happened. The last word was Sinema’s thumbs down.

                What did the centrist prefer?

The permanent silence of the left and only the left.

How what happened? What are you even trying to say? You’re making no sense. It’s all coming back to me, you’re the guy that never makes any sense.

And you continue to make no sense. How does the next part even fit in the context of what we were discussing. It doesn’t. Yeah it’s all coming back.
