Earlier this week, Disney argued that a man could not bring a wrongful death lawsuit against a restaurant at Disney World, Florida due to the T&Cs he had signed for a trial Disney+ subscription years previously.

While it has since gone back on this decision and said it will allow the matter to be heard in court, it has raised concerns about what we are really agreeing to when we sign up for any service or account online. Here’s more from @AxiosNews.
