Queensland will benefit from cheaper public transport permanently after the "huge success" of a trial of 50 cent fares, with the government and LNP promising to keep the fares in place.
I don’t fully get why qld labor are staring down the barrell of electoral wipeout. I understand the part about the way qld gov is set up leads to more of a winner take all scenario. But i don’t really see what Labor have failed on so hard to warrant such vehement electoral rejection?
I mean, I don’t think QLD Labor have done anything major to warrant being voted out. Unless your my Mum, who “just doesn’t like Steven Miles, he speaks a little funny.” Parents also watch 7 news constantly, and think youth crime is out of control.
