We all know that Nestlé is somehow more evil than other conglomerates (not saying that Mars or Mondelez are much better, but Nestlé manages to outperform the rest in its list of transgressions). So what do you do, when you want a Kit Kat, but don’t want to support them? Or you need a baby formula that wasn’t made by a company that misled mothers in developing countries and led to countless baby deaths? Or want a cat food that doesn’t use slave work in Thailand? Here we hope to collect knowledge on where we can find better alternatives. The only requirement is that the product in question can suitably replace the Nestlé product in question (taste, appearance, presentation) and has a more ethical (and ideally sustainable) production profile.
