      Itā€™s a plurality and not a majority, pretty far from a mandate. Itā€™s a legal win.

      Usually, ā€œmandateā€ used to mean overwhelming support from the majority. If these percentages hold up, donvict has a plurality. Even if he had a bare majority with Kamala and him having ~1.5% delta, itā€™s not like it is some real mandate, eitherā€¦
