I’m not posting this to disprove anything, I just thought it was important to share in case anyone wanted to add more.
The logic of the CIA didn’t anticipate the exact timing is evidence that they didn’t help create it doesn’t really hold. There are plenty of historical examples where the people CIA funds end up taking initiative all on their own.
