I had a huge meeting yesterday which I was stressed about, I had to present a load of stuff and there was important people I didn’t know. It went great! Really well and my boss praised me afterwards.

I also went out to eat with a new friend recently, we’re still getting to know each other but we really get on. We had a really nice time.

I hit every green light on my drive back to the shop today!

I’m sleeping much better lately and I think my hormone levels are getting better.
