I do not. My identical twin does though. Real bad hand strength and such. I think husband also does cause of the cerebral palsy but that covers up a lot of the smaller issues cause bigger motor issues.

I’m not really sure if I have it. But I feel like there’s a greater disconnect between brain and body than in other people. Like for example I was always bad at any sport i tried, had trouble coloring inside the lines in Kindergarten and later in school my handwriting was clumsy at best. All that probably amplified by an essential tremor. Cause of all this I never took pleasure in creative work or physical activity.
I also feel like i have a harder time memorising and executing movements like with dancing for example. Video Games also take longer than normal for me to ‘get’.
Even though, i taught myself to play piano by chords. But I don’t think I’ll ever manage more because I just can’t move both hands independently at the same time.

:/ Listing all this, maybe I should speak to my psychiatrist about it. But I’m not even sure how they’d be able to help…

It’s definitely worth looking into. For me being diagnosed changed my life! There’s a list of signs in adults here
