Question for Americans in Amsterdam: anyone know where to get cash using a Discovercard? I found these two sites but they’re completely dysfunctional in my browser:

I’d like to know about which ATMs don’t incur a surcharge as well as any shops that accept Discover / Diner’s Club and give cash back.
