Creating a bootable USB

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a windows bootable ISO with tails and if so, would anybody be able to assist me in doing so?

I have ventoy installed to my hard drive and tails installed on a USB via a friends laptop I no longer have access to. How (if at all) do I go about creating a bootable USB for windows from within tails? I get the feeling that it can’t be done with what I have available but I thought the same about an OS inside a USB as well so here we are.
