I am looking for a chocolate recipe that is reasonably strong but doesn’t need to be kept in the fridge so I can take it out and about with me.
I know all about tempering etc, but I’m struggling to find a decent chocolate bar that follows the proper method and can be left out.
I’ve tried making some fidge before with condensed milk and coconut oil but it was a nightmare and the coconut oil seperated leaving little blobs of canna oil throughout the fudge.
I want to avoid that with my chocolate.
