A little off topic but we make chicken pillows so to see the name in a meme is surreal
And because I’m trying to do my part to make Lemmy a better, more engaging and alive place in just going to drop the recipe right here lol
Chicken Pillows
2 whole chicken breasts, about 1 lbs., skinned and boned, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. vegetable oil
1 t. Finely chopped garlic
1 t. Leaf oregano, crumbled
½t. Salt
½ c. butter
1 pkg. Wonton skins (about 50)
Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add chicken pieces and coat with the marinade, cover and let set in the refrigerator
overnight.
Melt butter over low heat, spread over wonton skins, place a chicken cube in the center
and roll up.
Place a rolled up pillow on a greased cookie sheet. Brush the tops of the pillows with
butter.
Place in a preheated hot oven (400 degrees) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
I make a lot and freeze them in a plastic bag so they are ready to go on a road trip.

Can you post a picture? I am having a hard time conceptualizing how to roll it up.
Also when you take them for a road trip do you just eat them as they thaw?
