Yeah I bought a big bag of stevia from Aldi a few weeks ago and didn’t really get it. Tasted like nothing. It sat for quite a while…
Then I gave it another try, and it was just… 🤩 I ended up just eating the whole thing, raw, by the spoonful, over the last…week and a half or so. I am somewhat ashamed.
Stevia isn’t an artificial sweetener though.
Alas.
I’m actually curious as to how it tastes better for you? It always has this… medicinal taste for me that just makes me sick, so it’s hard to imagine anyone liking it.

I think sweeteners have this bitter and or empty aftertaste that makes me avoid them like the pest.
So no more pepsi or lipton for me (at least with their new formula here in Germany)
Maybe, but nearly all of them trigger migraines for me so I can’t partake.
What is your “real sugar” control group? Henry Weinhard’s or Hansen’s or similar?
