Hmm definitely not true on union issues - there are wild swings in policy depending on which party has an NLRB majority, with the Biden board going unusually far even for Democrats. Meanwhile legislatively almost all national Dems support the PRO act while Republicans are all strongly anti-union. Dems could do a lot better as the article mentions but the existing differences are already stark.
