Every year, it rains a lot in West Bengal at this time of the year. However, it’s not raining as much as it used to. Is it the same for other areas as well, except for Tamil Nadu of course?

And yes, it is raining. Though its less this year, last year it was quite a bit around this time of the year.
It comes in short bursts, and it’s not that intense either.
