I heard about lemmy from r/redditalternatives and was so excited about it. But then I started getting banned. I was like? What the fuck is even the point then? I thought this was an alternative
After WB shut down, wigglehard said everyone was moving here. I already had an account here, but the traffic picked up when the shift happened.
Truth be told, when I joined WB I figured they we’re going to be uptight like the other instances so I was going to just troll like a mother fucker.
But everyone was genuinely really cool and nice. So I didn’t feel right about don’t that anymore
I personally feel like conservative instances are the most laid back. I know there are still some rules, but I didn’t have read an extensive dictionary or have to take an etiquette class required like the other ones.
