Hate to be the turd in the punchbowl, but you just missed Bike Nights at COTA. I am only mentioning it so maybe if you come back you can look up the schedule. I am sure there are plenty of awesome bike rides around though, but it’s so cool to get out on the F1/MotoGP track and do some laps. If bombing down a hill on a mountain bike is your thing, there’s Spider Mountain out past Burnet.
