    I cook for a solid 5 years with canola oil before learning it was poison. Luckily growing up we ate mostly baked food with the occasional fried food and family or restaurants.

      My thought is that my younger body could stand more dietary abuse than my current elderly body. I’m thankful that the good Lord led me to a better way of eating in my old age.
