IMO it should be treated as a criminal offense with authorities involved on top of stadium bans. It only takes one psycho pointing one strong enough to cause permanent eye damage, and even then we really shouldn’t be relying on the manufacturing standards to trust the mw power isn’t harmful. Criminal fines + stadium bans should get the message across.
