In my area there are lots of cute acts of vanadalism and I want to collect those and others from all over the world. I cant really think of any name.

Some samples:

    My best guess is that it says:

    übe sagt mantelblinder
    schnabel unterbinder-
    nase lade über kabel

    But yes, that’s far away from making any sense whatsoever… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
