What does Southgate offer that a national league manager doesn’t? There is literally nothing unique or special about him. Wearing a waistcoat made him look smart and he had a plan, but it was just lipstick on a donkey. Such a stale game with no attacking plan or intent. Just moving the ball up the field and hoping someone is open doesn’t work lmao
He should be the AM, never the manager. He’s done an amazing job of gelling the team, and making them actually play together, sort out some rivalry and stop the clique bs from old managers.
