Yea last week hasn’t been good. Got into some shitty situation and it broke a dam. Did nothing much but sleeping 12+ hours a day. Chronic exhaustion. Just starting to feel a bit better today.
Sounds like you recognised that you were overwhelmed, and gave yourself the necessary space for R&R. Thanks for sharing, and I hope you continue to give yourself a break.
Psychiatrist asked me to taper off Escilatopram, and to start with 50mg Seroquel, as she suspects I have Bipolar disorder.
