        No, it’s milk. The term “milk” has been used to describe white, creamy, slightly viscous liquids for centuries, and almond milk specifically is listed as an ingredient in many medieval recipes.

      And enzymes! I don’t know exactly what and how, but to make a smooth plant milk we all know and not an ugly mixture of water and grinded seeds/nuts enzymes are necessary.
