      This is the criminal case. I would be shocked if there wasn’t also a civil case against him and Tesla for a much more substantial amount.

    Honestly Tesla should also be held culpable. It isn’t right to call something “autopilot” and allow it to work even when you aren’t paying any attention to the road, and get away with it because your fine print says “it’s not fully autonomous, pretty please still pay attention”.
