Nobody was injured in the explosion but vehicles and property were damaged.

    Poor people tax. My car qualifies and I still hate it. I stopped going to Bristol over it.

      You know how much a 2006 petrol engine car costs?

      Actually it isn’t a poor person tax - if you look at a borough like Haringey, less than 50% of household own a car - they are the poor people.
