Actually, that’s amazing. Like even if you believe in these things, the karmic “payback” for trying to do evil with it is paid immediately by being scammed.

It is a real thing but I would advise you to be careful what you fuck with. You can think I’m crazy for this advice and I’m cool with that. My response would be to repeat what I just fucking said.

My wife and I got scammed like that years ago. We met on Omegle back when it was new and then got married nearly a decade later. Fucking internet scams…

The fact is that you’ll be filter fed morons who impulsively spend money AND have the money to spare.

This is the same rationalisation the gambling industry used.

      And then the gaming industry.

And we know from those instances they’re often not morons, they have mental health issues, or are exceedingly lonely. And they often don’t have the money to spare either, those dollars are food being taken out of their or their family’s mouths.

But feel free to tell yourself whatever robin hood bullshit you need to if it helps you sleep at night.

Don’t try and make out that this is some sexist thing, you and tumblr OP are both trying to justify scamming people who you think are bad or stupid. This is the justification that every scammer uses, from the Indian call centres who install malware on old people’s computers (because they are rich and they deserve to be scammed) to the full-on sociopaths who set up pyramid schemes (they deserve it because they’re stupid enough to trust me!)

      Girlboss, slay.

To the people criticizing her: yeah sure it’s bad, but then, why are the top comments defending the OP? Surely OP is doing the same thing right? Right? Oh but he’s a man doing it to women…

The laws on false advertising and such straight up only protect reasonable people. If you make a claim that a reasonable person wouldn’t believe, and someone unreasonable does believe it, have you even committed a crime? 🤔

Like psychics exist. But they peddle bullshit. Why is that legal?

Completely agree. I think it’s based on provability though. You can’t prove that a psychic is lying unless you have an admission of guilt from them. Same with people who cast ‘spells’ or who go up on stage preaching this incredibly dangerous “law of attraction” garbage. They’re all utter bullshit but none of them are provably bullshit.

I used to work with a guy who sold “haunted jewellery”. He made decent money occasionally. Not job money, but decent hobby money.

Just look up orgone accumulator on Etsy. Just throw a bunch of copper and crystals at each other and watch the money flow in.

If you are actively trying to cause someone else (especially reoccurring) harm, I have absolutely ZERO sympathy for you if it doesn’t work. I hope that karma does get you back if that stuff exists, because you earned it.

Have the courage to own your shit if you insist on trying to do that to someone. Take an ounce of accountability and maybe rethink some of your life decisions. (Probably for about 98% of these situations.)

Yes, we all get mad. That being said, most of us don’t try to literally curse someone over it. Reasonable people usually talk it out and problem solve, not try to play god using the abilities that they believe someone else has.
