I have a few questions:

Is the grad available in the DPRK.
How do I travel to DPRK from the Philippines? I plan going there once I get enough cash.

I don’t think the DPRK has much internet access in general, technology is likely limited due to sanctions

You can get tours around the country through China but unsure about anything past that such as immigration

Be skeptical of your sources. Don’t trust the media that has been known to report many falsehoods about Korea already. (You may still link to them if they write something interesting / worth reading, just be careful.)
