I know it’s probably the same for every team in baseball, but this team has felt like a real rollercoaster this year. Amazing one series, awful the next.
On the plus side, they have a tendency to lose whenever I am watching the game, and win when I’m not, and I can’t catch this one live today, so…that’s probably a good omen.
The offence just seems to be extremely feast or famine. Other than a few outlier pitching performances, the pitching side has been extremely reliable. We need to figure out how to score runs in the games Bo and Vladdy aren’t hitting.
Great outing form Bassit. Pitching continues to pick us up and give us chances to win. Now we need some insurance runs to help out the bullpen.
Thankfully we swept the Snakes. Now it’s time to avoid being swept by the Dads!
I don’t think I could be more jealous of the Blue Jays bat boy. Best seat in the house.
Jesus we need to get better at that. Twice today now on popups/fly balls. We’re going to have another Bo/Springer collision.
Take my hand Bo.
