At least not here where I live. We used to have them, but I haven’t seen them for over a decade now. If you remember the Terminator 2 movie, the scene where a security guard gets a cup of coffee, those are the kind of dispensers that used to exist. (The link above shows the scene I’m speaking of. We used to have them, but I haven’t seen them for over a decade now.
