Finish rebuilding this old bag of bones as a work cycle hack-bike.
What’s left to do?
All the cables, bartape and the rear mech needs new pulleys. I was given the groupset (shimano 105 10sp) so I decided this flatbar hybrid could use it and be a dirty/all purpose ride. I’m yet to find out if it’s going to cost me some new callipers, then fitted ones may not work with road brake levers.
Recently got a new chain but it’s sucking on the front ring so I’m waiting for a new chainring. Will be on foot this weekend unfortunately.

Had a crash this morning the bar took most of it so I’ll be re-indexing my gears and generally sorting the front end out. Also have a nice bar end shape on my chest man boobs save lives people!
Hopefully watching England beat Australia to go 2all. Rain rain stay away.
Hoping for an hour tomorrow when it’s not raining and not windy.
I’ve just started biking again and I’m a bit on the chubby side, so an hour will be enough.
