64·3 days agoIt’s already proven and decided. Not only was it proven. He’s continued to make the same claims post-judgement. Completely unrepentant.
It’s getting him to actually pay the penalties that’s turning out to be the difficult part.
He shifts assets to under his father’s name. He lies about the size of his assets. He makes side deals with external funders to outbid buyers and gift assets back to him. He’s just a bad dude.
