Israel doesn’t really need the aid. They’re doing just fine militarily

True. Al Jazeera is a Qatari state run media enterprise. They’re pretty reliable on news on things outside the Middle East, but tend to have a massive bias when it comes to matters of Qatar’s interests.
Please remember, just because Trump doesn’t respect the rule of law, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t either.
You probably don’t work for a large company who has a duty to their shareholders. Large companies tend to save any penny they can because it scales up across the company. The workers at the bottom have no way to communicate with their employers too.
Small business has a shorter hierarchy, where you can go talk to the head of the company. They’re usually private companies that don’t have public shareholders.
That’s an easy cease and desist letter right there. Failing that, there could be quite the copyright lawsuit there
It has to do with Christianity. Many Christians believe that Christ will come back raising the dead and restoring their bodies
Then that school policy is fine too, as it bans Anyone from wearing dreadlocks. This applies to the white Texans, the Hispanic Texans, the Black Texans etc.
That reasoning doesn’t work. It’s targeted against a certain group of marginalized people just like the Hijab law and the same principle.
It matches a couple of the patterns that antisemitic conspiracy theories have. Namely a secret society aimed at changing the status quo by subversion of ‘all the good people’. That’s a common theme, and has been used by both right wing and left wing antisemites. If you ask why would they subvert the good people, they answer, “It’s because it’s in their nature”
Admittedly, it’s missing the tropes, like Christian Values, marxist-capitalists, etc, so more context is needed to say for certain
What antisemitism does to a mf
Very true. Russia doesn’t care what the US house thinks. They started the war after all. Russia continues to mobilize the war machine while the US fails to act decisively
Cathode ray tube. It’s a type of monitor that’s popular among retro games now, but they’re hard to find after most people stopped making them
I mean, if Twitter X keeps changing like it is, there will be a whole bunch of differences
Then all communists and socialists are Fascist also. Mussolini was an ardent socialist before being a fascist, and indeed still considered himself a Socialist. Joseph Stalin signed the Molotov-Ribbontrop pact with Adolph Hitler, who was a thug for the Marxists before starting his National Socialist Workers Party. The Conservatives who value the appeal of Strength that Fascist thinkers call out with also fall prey to Fascism
Indeed the Liberal Government of the United States subverted governments to install Fascist governments in South America such as the government under Pinochet. You and I both have the potential to be Fascist. I do not think that Nate Silver is any more of a Fascist than you or me, simply because he doesn’t shout from the street corners about the evils of Fascism.
Yeah I forgot about the context. Bernie Sanders could definitely win against Trump
Biden also wins around the same against Trump according to RCP polling aggregation. Really nice site though I’ll definitely look at it. Not sure why you think Nate Silver is a fascist though. He isn’t a pundit, more so just a statistics nerd. If anything the Five thirty-eight team is against Trump, who is the fascist American’s pick.
I guess it’s the difference between progressive change and radical change. I’m satisfied seeing progressive change more often. But keep fighting for your end goal.
I don’t think you’re giving it enough credit. Those are in fact very important drugs that many seniors take. It will save seniors and the government billions of dollars that can be spent elsewhere or reduce the deficit. It stretches fixed income further than before. Is it going to fix everything? No, but it’s a great step in the right direction.
I’d like to see the polls you found. I usually go to Five Thirty Eight for their polls, because they have a lot there. They do tend to go down as center left, and I’d like to see other polling agencies, especially those that focus on the socialist side of things
So do you think that better halfway houses/better post-incarceration services would make a dent in our prison population? And I’m guessing that it shouldn’t be a private as that makes perverse incentives all the worse.
Are there issues at public prisons with the revolving door at the same scale as private ones? Why do state run prisons have perverse incentives if they’re not there to make a profit? I have a hunch that it’s about being funded like schools are (I don’t know how prisons are funded)
A lot of the violence seems to be a culture that’s hard to change. Is sexual assault training lacking in prisons? Do they not hire the right specialists to deal with these cases? Do you see any practices that might reduce violence in prisons or after prison?
I want to know how things can change if there’s the political capital to do so. I really appreciate your comment too!
In competitive states, he won by only 43k votes as opposed to the many more votes he won by in the popular vote. In other words, had those votes been cast differently, the electoral college would be very different
