I’ll tell you what I told the other guy. What else are you going to do other than not buy it? That’s the only way of protesting the price. Also, it’s bad for you and the environment, so it should be priced as if it’s a luxury.

So what is your option? Whine at the cashier when checking out? Literally the only thing you can do to show you are unhappy with the price is NOT BUY IT. That’s the only thing you can do.

Also, beef is a carcinogen and terrible for the environment. Beef SHOULD be expensive.

My own personal Lemmy hell would be any community that ends with “memes”. As soon as I see a new one it gets blocked. Not for me.

I’m a social creature and was very stressed. I missed people. There was a division in my social circles where people excluded those who didn’t think like they did as far precautions went. It sucked. I was a teacher at the time and off for 5 months straight with pay. I still hated it.
