Almost everyone in north Gaza will be dead by new years. That happened entirely under Biden. Do you think Trump will kill them a second time?
We all know Trump is objectively worse but your argument is terrible; it’s like the Americans saying we should overlook Bush’s atrocities like Abu Ghraib because Saddam Hussein was worse. No, that’s just a fallacy.
They’re angry and looking for an easy scapegoat. Even though it’s obviously the wrong one. We all knew Trump was worse, which is why Mehdi Hasan and many others were pleading with Biden to please change course because he was destroying his re-election by his own hand. Biden overruled his advisors and the state department and pressed forward on an unpopular policy in hopes he could get republicans to vote for him and it failed. He undermined his own foreign policy and ruined his own career.
Nope. The point was to pressure Biden to listen to his advisors and do the moral and correct and even politically popular thing and he refused.
Hear hear.
People ignore that Biden’s policy was simply indefensible. He fought his own party, he fought his advisors and the media and he STILL lost the election. There’s no longer a need to carry water for him.
Everyone in north Gaza will be dead or deported before new years. That will be complete before Trump even takes office. How can you still pretend Biden is somehow better when the outcome is the same?
Please show me where Biden once stopped settlements. They massively expanded under his term. Netanyahu announced settlements in front of him (widely seen as an insult since it contradicted what he had just said to the press) and he did nothing. Obama actually tried to pressure Netanyahu and Biden is the one who undermined him on it during his administration.
Why are you blaming the victims? Biden was told for over a year that this was a problem for his voters (in addition for the prior 3 years of his term). The primary results showed him this with anll the uncommitted votes and he stubbornly refused to change his message or policy once. At what point can you finally accept he deserves blame?
Don’t insult my intelligence; the US provides nearly all the weapons Israel is using on Gaza. Unlike Ukraine they are receiving them with zero preconditions and Biden bypassed Congress twice to give them more weapons despite the documented war crimes. Blinken signed off on bombing aid convoys into Gaza and was caught lying to Congress about it. Biden himself scolded Russia and Iran by saying that anyone who gives weapons is equally guilty for the civilian deaths as the army that uses them on civilians. A billion dollar pledge is useless if none of the aid is allowed in and the aid convoys are bombed.
Biden made a choice to block ceasefires and put his trust in Netanyahu who was a known liar.
But this is all a digression; you’re STILL glossing over all of Biden’s failures with “but Trump!” The election is over, you can feel free to criticize Biden now for his screwups. It’s probably the best time to since everyone was saying that we had to shut up about our problems because it was helping Trump earlier.
None of that addressed what I said. You can’t just gloss over tens of thousands of deaths and say got for more of it and harass grieving families for not going with your plan. Why even bring up Hamas as an excuse, except to avoid addressing Biden’s role in mass starvation of civilians?
Doubtful.
Trump won Michigan with 2,804,647 votes. Harris had 2,724,029 votes. Stein got 44,697 votes.
Most Arab Americans and Muslim-Americans said they would vote for Harris or Stein. We don’t have data yet on turnout for the community. And honestly, this failure is on Harris. Her campaign refused to allow Palestinian-Americans to endorse her at DNC despite Harris giving the microphone to Liz Cheney and others on stage. She didn’t meet with any Muslim community people in PA until the last week of the entire campaign. Biden detoured his campaign stops to skip Arab neighborhoods in Michigan completely and wouldn’t apologize for his anti-Palestinian remarks. Harris could have won those voters back by saying that she didn’t agree with Biden and that Palestinian lives are also just as important but she chose not to. Hillary Clinton thought that throwing Muslims under the bus would get a few republicans to flip to her and Harris thought the same.
Almost everyone in North Gaza will be dead by New Years. That’s not on Trump, that’s on Biden. He can’t even be bothered to airdrop food any more, let alone tell Netanyahu in public to stop.

Dude I voted. Even though I don’t live in a swing state. I encouraged others in swing states to vote for Harris and even engaged in vote swapping to help further that cause.
Find someone else to blame.
Nice try but I intend to protest Trump once he gets into office. There’s no need to make personal attacks against me.
Well it’s a moot point now, since everyone in north Gaza will be dead before New Years. We don’t even have to worry about who comes after Biden. Now that he’s a lame duck he won’t even take action to save the Gaza civilians. What excuse does he have left?
Tell that to the person above me. People either voted for Stein or stayed home (since Stein wasn’t on the ballot in many states).
Yes, everyone in north Gaza will be dead before New Years. We don’t even need Trump in office for that to happen. Why are you gloating at their deaths for your political points?
Not that I can see. He was off the ballot in most swing states.
With his health I doubt he will live that long.
The UN has said it explicitly. Famine has taken place and aid is not allowed in. Biden withdrew his ultimatum and the Generals Plan is being implemented. But are you happy if only 70% of North Gazans died then man you sure showed me up.
It’s no question Trump is worse for West Bank and Palestinian aspirations, because he’s only accelerating the same policy that Biden agreed to. In terms of Gaza there really is no difference; the four years of Biden was worse for their lives than 4 years of Trump. But you’re being offensive by saying I need to ignore the Palestinian people whose funerals I attended because Trump is going to do the same thing in a nastier way. You dismissing my community’s real pain as virtue signaling just shows how out of touch you are and why Harris lost. Listen for a change.
